Remote Consultation

 

Since its success during Covid, I continue to offer remote behavioural consultations allowing me to help you and your horse wherever you are situated. Remote consultations allowed me to successfully support you wherever you are, fitting in with your schedule and location.

 

By using live and recorded footage to give me an insight into your horse’s behaviour and environment, I will work with you to uncover the root of the behaviour issue and then coach you through the modifications and training plan.

 

Contact can be via phone, Zoom or WhatsApp video.

 

I will continue to fully support you for 2 months via e-mail, phone and WhatsApp following any remote consultation session.

 

How it works

 

• Initial phone contact – The first step is a free of charge phone call where we can discuss the issues and talk through how I can help. If you are then happy to proceed, we can arrange a time for a next steps phone call or video call.

 

• Questionnaire and video footage – I will send you a questionnaire to complete before our on-line session. This is quite in-depth and important that it is filled in providing as much detail as possible in order to help me understand the background history in which to tailor our modification plan.

 

• It would also be ideal to have some video footage of the problem behaviour at this stage if this can be filmed without causing your horse any undue stress/anxiety or is unsafe to do so.

 

• 2 x one-hour On-line sessions – In the first session I will explain and coach you through the implementation of the modification plan. Within the second session, we work through any training problems and give you the tools to confidently continue with the plan

 

• Modification plan - I will e-mail or post you some work sheets to help you get started and will send the finalised modification plan electronically unless otherwise specified within 3 working days. If a written report has been requested, this will be sent within 5 working days.

 

• 2 months email/phone support – along with full support during the coaching, I will be available to support you via e-mail, phone and WhatsApp for 2 months after every remote consultation package.

 

Charges

 

Remote consultation – £120

 

(Optional) Written report: £75 - an in-depth report into the breakdown of the behaviour

 

Additional /follow-up session - £40/hour
